XP SP2 now comes with a pop-up blocker. Some users find that it slows down, causes errors, or breaks pages. Here is how to adjust it.
Directions
If you have "The page cannot be displayed" errors after the installation of SP2, disable the pop-up blocker and the problem should be decreased.
To Disable It --
1. Open an IE window
2. Click Tools
3. Select Pop-up blocker
4. Select Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
If you have it disabled, you can enable it by the same process. This does not require reloading IE; the changes are instant.
